NICOLE AMSLER is a marketing expert, author, illustrator, and playwright.  During the day, she’s the Director of Marketing of a tech firm in Indianapolis. After work, she writes and publishes short stories, essays, and novels, as well as a short story collection, Moving Violations. Currently, she is illustrating a children’s book with felt fiber art, finalizing a novel, and writes short plays. She lives in Indianapolis with her family.

 

JOHN BAVOSO is a Washington, DC-based playwright, book and theatre reviewer, and marketer. He is a member of the Dramatists Guild of America, a Pinky Swear Productions company member, and the recipient of a District of Columbia FY18 Arts and Humanities Fellowship. ALLIE COSTA is an actor, screenwriter, playwright, singer, and director working in film, TV, theatre, and voiceover. Her original works include the critically-acclaimed Two Girls, Femme Noir, Don't Shoot the Messenger Pigeon, and Can You Keep a Secret? Allie's acting credits include Spring Awakening, 90210, Hamlet, Alien vs. Musical, The Hopes, and You Me & Her. ROBIN DOUPẾ a playwright from Long Island, NY. Her short plays have been performed on stages across the country, including Theatre Three, Spokane Stage Left, Theatre Southwest and The Sic Sense. Works include her one-act farce, Upset Over Nothing, which was a winner in this year’s 10-minute comedy contest at Rover Dramawerks in Plano, TX. Other plays include Ava Connects and The Claus are Out. Robin is a proud member of the Dramatists Guild.

 

CHRISTINE FOSTER’S plays have been produced in the UK, Canada, New Zealand, Austalia, Denmark, Mexico, Korea and the US. She has written television scripts for CBS, CTV, CBC, History and The Family Channel, and in San Miguel de Allende, Mexico she was the first artistic director of the Diez Minutos Festival. Currently writing and producing in Brighton, her new full length Four Thieves Vinegar (about the Black Death) had a successful run in London in 2017.

 

CAROL HOLLENBECK started out in the 60s as a HOLLYWOOD starlet. After five years she starred in a film that was given a big local hometown movie premier.  Instead of staying in Hollywood and dealing with the casting couch she returned to New York to act in Off-Broadway shows. In the nineties she took pen in hand and began to write. Hollenbeck was nominated three times in the Samuel French One Act Play contests and her plays were produced numerous times Off-Broadway. Hollenbeck is the author of TRUE BLONDES, available on Amazon.

 

JOHN MINIGAN has developed new work with the Orlando Shakespeare Theater, New Repertory Theater, the New American Playwrights Project, and Actors’ Repertory Theatre of Vermont. He is a 2018 O’Neill finalist and has had work selected three times

for the Samuel French Festival. His work is published in the Best American Short Plays,

Best 10-Minute Plays, and New England New Plays anthologies. John is a member of the

RUSSELL NICHOLS is a speculative fiction writer and endangered journalist. Raised in the Bay Area, California, he sold all his stuff in 2011 and now lives out of a backpack with his wife, vagabonding around the world. CLARINA MASCARENHAS (Claire for short) is a British playwright who lives in

Hertfordshire. This will be her debut play. By writing this piece she hopes to

bring more awareness to the lack of consent which is passed over in society,

leading to a sense of rape culture.

DAN CAPALBO (Hometown Premier)has been working in the theatre world for the past 30 years. In that time he has done everything from directing, acting, writing, designing, building sets and working running crews. He worked as a professor at L.I.U. - C.W Post for 14 years and also taught various classes for other institutions. He has been a Broadway critic yet still happily ushers plays for Off Broadway and Off-Off Broadway houses today. 

 

ARIELLE SOSLAND is thrilled to be directing  Can You Hear Me Now?  and  Happy Hour in the #metoo play festival. Sosland has directed Off-Broadway and Off-Off-Broadway including Adult Stuff: Or What I Learned at Summer Camp in the EAT New Work Series, Black and Blue in the NYC Fringe Festival and her original work, Can Do Duck: The Musical that premiered Off-Broadway at the Lynn Redgrave Theater at Culture Project. She is also currently a student in The Barrow Group's one year directing program.
